Rain & Flood Overlay
- Fixed speed overlay artifact.
- Water objects (weirs, culverts, inlets, etc) are now selectable in the editor building panel.
- Water objects (weirs, culverts, inlets, etc) now lower the DEM to the lowest neighbouring cell value, this improves connectivity with the water area.
- Attribute MAX_SPEED_MS has been removed, this variable is calculated by the model, no need to set it anymore.
