- Improved DTM loading in the Netherlands also AHN3 has become the new default setting.
- Added extra source attributes for new maps: for roads the NWB_ID, crops the BRP_CODE and other buildings the BAG_ID.

- Bugfix for flow in fully saturated breaches with a fixed angle.
