Constructions which are SEWERED are known as sewered constructions, or constructions connected to the sewer.

Sewered constructions are constructions under which a sewer can exist and through which water can flow into the sewer. When a grid cell is both covered by a sewered construction and a sewer area, the grid cell is considered to be sewered.
