Sewered constructions

Sewered constructions are constructions under which a sewer can exist and through which water can flow into the sewer. When a grid cell is both covered by a sewered construction and a sewer area, the grid cell is considered to be sewered. Additionally, it will be given the storage capacity of the SEWER_STORAGE attribute of the sewer area. Any surface water left in the sewered cell can theoretically flow into the sewer, unless the sewer is filled to its capacity.
