Updates

Improved Geo Wizard Measure import options.
Last content of indicators and panels are stored after project restart.
Reset X-Queries is always called for scheduled updates (except in test runs).
Added ITERATION_ACTIVE Attribute that determines whether an Overlay is active in any given iteration.
Added TQL support for LAST iteration.
Added TQL support for Text Panels, including Template Panels and X-Queries.
Added X-Query support for Globals.
Added example link for how to create a TQL Plotly Graph in a Template Text Panel.
Added activate/deactivate buttons for multiple Items, including Overlays and Indicators.
Improved Item deletions and duplication.
Several smaller bug fixes, security updates and WIKI Updates.
