Water Module benchmarks

In order to validate the water module implementation in Tygron Platform, several shallow water related benchmarks have been performed. Internally, for the Tygron Platform's build process, these benchmarks have been mostly automated to test each implementation change made to the server and the water module in terms of code, data and hardware.
