Water manning (Water Overlay)

Manning value (construction)

Constructions have an inherent "roughness", which influences how fast water can flow across the surface. This is known as the Manning coefficient or Manning value.

Notes

• If no construction is present in a location, the WATER_MANNING value of the surface terrain in that location is used instead.
