Demolish is a Special Option that allows a stakeholder to remove existing buildings on the plots in his ownership. If a stakeholder doesn't own these plots he cannot demolish buildings on it.
The demolish functionality is often used to clear an area of existing buildings to create space for new buildings.

The Extra Options demolish contains all actions related to demolishing buildings. There are 4 different demolish actions available. Each action behaves a bit different and can be useful in a different type of occasion.
