Geo Data

• Added support for the smartBUILD Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) format.
• Added support for the OGC GeoPackage format.
• DXF and IFC can now also be re-positioned when they miss GEO-coordinates.

Scenario

• Starting a new Scenario no longer recalculates base map, saving time.
• Added option to only calculate the Scenario where the measures are applied as limit map.
• Active Scenario attributes and description remain persistent when stopping the testrun (for comparisons).
• Added simple panel example that calculates all Scenarios Indicator scores for comparison.
