Stakeholder Actions
What is an Action
An Action is an activity a Stakeholder can do to achieve his objective. Some examples of actions would be a Housing Corporation aiming to realize social housing, or a Waterboard to realize open water. All Actions are tied to a specific Stakeholder, having to do with the capability each stakeholder has to influence the World. The waterboard has the ability to realize Open water (not social housing or roads for example).
How do Actions relate to Tygron Engine
When a User plans an Action it will influence the 3D World and have a certain effect on Indicators, simulating the effect the Action would have in the Real world. Since a player can have several Actions available, those Actions are organized into "Categories".
Examples of Actions
- Social Housing: The Housing Corporation aims to build 300 social houses. One of the Actions he would have is "Social Housing". When the User builds the "Social Housing" he scores on the "Building Indicator".
- Build Open Water: The Waterboard aims to realize 300m2 "Open Water". One of the Actions he would have is "Open Water". When the Waterboard builds the "Open Water" he scores on the "..." Indicator.
Stakeholder Categories
What is a Category
A Category is a container to group Actions and keep them organized.
