[[Demolish]] is a [[Special Option]] that allows a [[stakeholder]] to remove existing [[building]]s on the [[plot]]s in his [[ownership]]. If a stakeholder doesn't own these plots he cannot demolish [[buildings]] on it.


With Demolish a player can demolish existing constructions on the land in his [[ownership]]. If a player doesn't own the land he cannot demolish anything on it. This functionality is often used to clear existing constructions to create space for new constructions.
