This storage amount will allow water to infiltrate into the surface and evaporate, before being averaged away into the water way.
Notes
- This option is only used when the surface water mode is set to Avg Terrain, Avg Shoreline and Hybrid. In the later two cases, the situations in which this occurs is very limited, only for Sewer and drainage cells, since land type cells are not assigned for these modes.
