Housing target (Indicator)
General
What is the Housing target indicator?
The Housing target indicator calculates the amount of normal, social and luxe houses in the maquette state of the project. is useful for projects in where (one of the) goals is to work on creating more houses in the project area. An additional target can be set for the total amount of houses that have to be build in the area. The housing target indicator looks at houses in a particular neighborhood.
Calculation
The indicator calculates the difference in units between the maquette and orignal state of the project. If units are demolished, these also are taken into account. Only units of the type normal, social and luxe are being taken into account. The additional target can be set. An additional target of 30% social housing is calculated from this total target.
Formula
The formula is the amount of houses in the maquette state - the current amount of houses.
Score
The score is represented in a progress bar, with a scale from 0 to 100%. The score is calculated based on the progress of the total target.
