How to assign a Panel to a specific Stakeholder

Panels can have access to them limited to specific stakeholders. This means that even if they have a geographical location in the project area, the Popup will only be shown to the Stakeholder which owns the Panel. This also means that even if another Stakeholder somehow opens the Panel, only a message will be displayed indicating that the Stakeholder does not have access to that Panel (instead of displaying the Panel's proper content).
How to assign a Panel to a specific Stakeholder:
- Open the list of Panels.
- Open the "Single Panels" listing.
- In the left panel, select the panel to edit.
- In the right panel, ensure "Assign to Stakeholder" is checked.
- In the right panel, set the Stakeholder dropdown to the Stakeholder which should have sole access to the Panel.
- The Panel is now assigned to a specific Stakeholder.
Notes
- To assign instances of a Template Panel to specific Stakeholders, rather than assigning the instances to Stakeholders directly, it is recommended to follow the related specific instructions for different use-cases for Stakeholder assignment for Template Panels.
