Demolish underground

Demolish underground is a Special Option that allows Stakeholders to demolish buildings situated below the surface that are owned by this Stakeholder.

Notes

An example of an building considered to be situated below the surface is a drainage Culvert.
Buildings above ground are not affected by this action.
