The vegetation fraction is an attribute used by the Heat stress Overlay, and indicates the amount of vegetation per square meter. The vegetation fraction can be determined based on the presence of multiple types of data:
- A construction with a Green space function value.
- A terrain with a VEGETATION_FACTOR attribute.
The value cannot be overwritten by Areas.
