The vegetation fraction is an attribute used by the Heat stress Overlay, and indicates the amount of vegetation per square meter. The vegetation fraction can be determined based on the presence of multiple types of data:
- If a construction is present with a Green space function value, this value is used.
- Otherwise, the present terrain's VEGETATION_FACTOR attribute is used.
The value cannot be overwritten by Areas.
