Some buildings may be considered critical, meaning the consequences of water stress are greater for these structures than for others. Examples include hospitals and (elementary) schools. Critical buildings will receive additional highlighting by the IMPACTED_BUILDINGS result type when the building is impacted by the amount of water defined by IMPACT_FLOOD_THRESHOLD_M.
