Notes
- The Average Overlay currently supports the following MapLinks (in order): Net Lines, Addresses, Buildings, Terrains, Areas, Neighborhoods.
- MapLink is not considered when the selected average option is not Single layer.
- The SURFACE_ONLY attribute can be specified to only select an attribute for MapLink items belonging to the Surface layer.
