Finance view

Budget panel opened by the Special Option Finance View.

Finance view is a Special Option that opens the Budget panel in the Viewer interface, to provide the Finance View of the selected Stakeholder.

It can be made available to Stakeholders in the Action panel by adding it to an Action Menu item.
