ArcGIS Login
To use your own Geo data, hosted in ArcGIS Online or Enterprise, in the Tygron Client you can log in to your organizations ArcGIS online or your organizations ArcGIS Enterprise portal and import your data directly into the Tygron Platform. See below for the steps.
Login to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise portal
ArcGIS Online
- Click on the Community tab and click on Sign in with ArcGIS
- In the new panel that pops up, choose Default ArcGIS Online and click on Continue to login
- Fill in your username and password
- If successful, the message logged in with account: <your accountname> will be displayed and the panel will be closed automatically. You are now logged in with your ArcGIS Login.

Click in the Community tab on Sign in with ArcGIS and choose Default ArcGIS Online
ArcGIS Enterprise portal
It is possible to login and access your apps from the ArcGIS Enterprise portal. Read here on the ArcGIS documentation what apps are. For each app an App ID has to be generated and provided to the Tygron Client to be able to access the data.
- Click on the Community tab and click on Sign in with ArcGIS
- In the new panel that pops up, choose Custom ArcGIS Enterprise Portal and fill in the URL of your portal that ends with /arcgis/sharing. Provide the App ID of the registered app you want to access. Read here on the ArcGIS documentation how to register your app.
- Fill in your Enterprise portal username and password. If successful, the message logged in with account: <your accountname> will be displayed and the panel will be closed automatically. You are now logged in.
- To add your private or organization data, see the how to access your data steps below.
Provide the URL to the portal and fill in the App ID of the app you want to access.
Fill in your username and password.
Access ArcGIS data
- Make sure your are logged in to either ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. See above for the steps.
- Open the Geo Data Wizard and choose as what type of data your data should be imported.
- Choose as import method the Catalogue service.
- Select Catalogue service ArcGIS Online (also to access the Enterprise portal data).
- In step 1.2 you can browse through your Esri content, Esri organization content and Esri open data. Select the data you want to import and click Next. In step 1.3 you can choose the layer you want to import. Proceed with the wizard.

Notes
- In step 1.2, datasets that are listed in ArcGIS online or in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal with an extent which is not in your project location are not visible.
- In step 1.3, if the dataset you want to import is not in the same location as your project, the data cannot be imported.
Logout of ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise portal
- Click on the Community tab and click on your ArcGIS username
- In the new panel that pops up, choose logout from account.
