Drainage overflow threshold (Water Overlay)

	DRAINAGE_OVERFLOW_THRESHOLD	m + datum		The threshold of the water end-point of the drainage. Only active for active(ly pumped) drainages. Water is pumped from the underground to the waterway until the water level has reached the threshold. If not selected, or when the drainage is not active(ly pumped), the overflow threshold will be ignored as a mechanic.	None

This attribute can be defined as values over time, using an array of values defining interpolation-time. This allows users to more dynamically define the target water level this pump maintains.
