An actively pumped drainage will be able to move groundwater into the open water, even if the surface water level is higher than the ground water level. A passive drainage effectively just allows water flow based on water head differences.
Notes
- The attribute Drainage Overflow Threshold is only used when this attribute is set to true (a value larger than 0).
