Notes
- The values in this prequel grid are clamped between the mentioned min and max. No data values are not allowed, although negative NO_DATA values will result in a foliage height of 0. An Average Overlay can be used to fill in the NO_DATA values of an other grid overlay.
- The foliage height is a relative height value in meters. Not the datum height.
